Scientific fact: Sleep is often overlooked during Ramadan, but adequate rest is crucial to your health and well-being. Poor sleep can lead to fatigue, mood swings, and even weakened immune function. Establishing a regular sleep schedule, avoiding stimulants before bedtime, and creating a calm and comfortable sleep environment can help improve sleep quality and promote overall health.

Aim for 6-8 hours of sleep at night and try to take short naps during the day if needed. Sleep plays a significant role in mental clarity and emotional stability, both of which are key for a successful Ramadan.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) emphasized the importance of building up community.  “The believers are like a structure, each part strengthening the other.” (Sahih Bukhari).
